KATHMANDU, June 30: The Election Commission has announced that by-elections in Rupandehi Constituency-3 and Manang 'b' will be held on November 3.
The Rupandehi-3 seat became vacant following the death of Rastriya Prajatantra Party lawmaker Deepak Bohora. Similarly, the Manang ‘b’ provincial seat was vacated after the term of unopposed member Deepak Manange ended.

With the date confirmed, political parties have begun internal discussions and preparations to nominate candidates for the upcoming polls.
