KATHMANDU, May 5: The Special Court sentenced former Executive Director of the Security Printing Center, Bikal Paudel, to 2 years in prison and fined him Rs 135.85 million for corruption during the procurement of a printing machine.
A bench led by Special Court Chairperson Tek Narayan Kunwar, along with members Tej Narayan Singh Rai and Ram Bahadur Thapa, found Paudel guilty on Sunday and imposed the sentence.
