KATHMANDU, Sept 16: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) has expressed his “true love” for Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang.
Taking to Facebook on Tuesday, Balen posted a short letter, saying:

“Dear Harka Sampang, no matter how much you scold me, I will never stop loving you. Even if it’s one-sided, my love for you is true. You are my true love.”
The post appears to be a sarcastic response to Sampang’s earlier social media posts in which he accuses Balen of not supporting him in his bid to join the cabinet led by Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
