KATHMANDU, Sept 4: A security guard has been arrested for asking Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha to stand in line.

On Friday, Minister Shrestha had reached the Chhaya Center in Thamel for biometric work. Sherjung Gurung, the security guard there, asked everyone to stand in line. The police said that the security guard was arrested on the charge of indecent behavior with the minister.
