HETAUDA, August 13: Six persons belonging to the same family were killed in the rain-triggered landslide that occurred in Manthali of Bakaiya Rural Municipality-10 in Makwanpur district earlier today. The incident site is east of Makwanpur district.

A team of police personnel has already departed from Thingan for the incident site to indentify the deceased. The details of the incident are yet to be ascertained, Bam Dev Gautam Deputy Superitendent of Police at District Police Office, Makwanpur, told Republica Online.
