KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Nepal will face Bangladesh on Wednesday in the ongoing SAFF U-17 Women’s Championship in Bhutan. The match is scheduled for 2:45 PM (NST) at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu. This will be Nepal’s fourth game of the tournament.

Nepal takes on Bangladesh for the second time in the competition and goes into the match under must-win pressure. The team has so far registered two losses and one win in its three outings.

A defeat against Bangladesh today would eliminate Nepal from the title race, while a victory would keep their championship hopes alive. In the double round-robin league format, India leads the table with 9 points, followed by Bangladesh with 6 points.
