KATHMANDU, March 7: One person has been arrested on charges of raping a teenager. Shiva Prasad Tharu, 23, of Gulariya Municipality-1, Bardiya, has been arrested on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl. Police arrested him on Thursday evening.
Police deployed from Khairapur police station arrested him based on a complaint that Shiva Prasad had raped the girl on Tuesday night. The police have informed that they are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
