KATHMANDU, Sept 10: The number of prisoners escaping from jails is reportedly increasing. Notorious kidnapper Uday Shetti has escaped from Rasuwa Prison.
Setti, once a notorious kidnapper, fled Rasuwa Prison on a motorcycle.
Serving a jail sentence for organized kidnapping, Shetti had been transferred to Rasuwa after causing unrest in Nakkhu Prison.
