KATHMANDU, Sept 13: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended best wishes to the newly-appointed Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Taking to his social media platforms on Saturday, Prime Minister Modi also said that India is firmly committed to peace, progress and prosperity of Nepali people.
“I extend my best wishes to Right Hon. Mrs. Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of Nepal,” he wrote. “India remains firmly committed to the peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Nepal.”
