KATHMANDU, Sept 17: Police on Tuesday evening arrested a 32-year-old man from Safebagar Municipality-4, Janakalyan Tole, Achham, on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to police, Mahesh Bhul was taken into custody based on a complaint filed against him. He was arrested by a team from the Safebagar Area Police Office. Authorities said further investigation is underway.
