KATHMANDU, April 23: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Senior Vice Chairman Rabindra Mishra, along with a few others, has been presented to the Kathmandu District Court for an extension of their remand.
They were presented to court for a remand extension after the previously extended period, which was granted on April 8, ended today.
Mishra was arrested on March 28 and has since been kept in custody by the police for investigation. Meanwhile, MP Dhawal Shamsher Rana, who was arrested alongside Mishra, is being investigated without detention due to health reasons.
They are facing charges related to offenses against the state and organized crime.
