KATHMANDU, April 18: Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang Rai has announced his plan to launch the 'Harka Sampang: A Revolution Team' across the country.
Taking to social media, Mayor Rai urged his supporters—those who believe in his ideas and work—to join the campaign. Declaring that the time has come for him to lead, he claimed others lack the ability to bring meaningful change.
"We will now form the 'Harka Sampang: A Revolution Team' across the country!" Rai wrote. "Everyone who supports me, my ideas, and my work-join in! If you believe in this campaign, come forward! I will now lead. Others can't do it-they don't know how! If you love the country, join us!"
