KATHMANDU, April 16: The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) (CPN-UML) has provided thematic suggestions for the upcoming fiscal year's policies, programs, and budget.
On Wednesday, leaders from the UML, including General Secretary Sankhar Pokharel, handed over a letter of suggestions to PM and party President Oli at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Singha Durbar.
The CPN-UML has stated that the suggestions given to the previous government, based on the central focus of the Mid-Hill (Pushpalal) Highway, are yet to be implemented.
PM Oli stated that the suggestions provided by a visionary party like the CPN-UML, which is based on the opinions of central departments, would be useful in the formulation of the government's policies, programs, and budget.
