KATHMANDU, April 12: The 12th international Nepal Tattoo Convention is going on at the Heritage Garden in Lalitpur. The convention will be held till April 13.
Tattoo artists from 20 nations, including Nepal, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, Mexico, Indonesia, Canada, Japan, and Thailand, are taking part in the Tattoo Convention.
